Since you are now caught up on the last month of whats been going on with Michael on his mission, I thought I would do a quick blurb about the rest of us...
Dad-broke his leg about three weeks ago, and seems to be recovering fine. He hopefully will be able to be out of the boot and off the crutches in three weeks.
Mom-enjoying the relaxing world of work, wait I'm pretty sure it's not relaxing. She is though enjoying not having to go to mutual activities on Wednesday nights, and being a stake-leader, and of course being a Grandma.
Brad, BrieAnn & Christian-Brad enjoying his current schedule of accounting classes, though his business stats teacher is from Egypt hard to understand and extremely intelligent, which can make class difficult. BrieAnn just got called into Young Women's and is loving it. And the girls are enjoying Christian coming to Sunday and weeknight activities. Christian is continuing to reach milestones at a what to mommy seem like a very fast pace. He can scoot, sit, and can now roll over onto his tummy and sit himself up.
Kimi-Is still just as busy with being a senior who spends most of the school day working on her hours at the hair salon. She is getting to be very good at it, so good in fact that our Dad will even let her cut his hair.
Candice-Is a swim captain. and enjoying it in some aspects but not others. She is continuing to improve in each of her meets. She is enjoying her junior year of high school.
Andrew- Is in 7th grade. Making the jump to junior high and growing up. He and Josh both have started playing Jr. Jazz this basketball season. Is a huge Peyton and Eli Manning fan. And was disgruntled when Josh's Eagles outest the Giants out of the playoffs.
Joshua- Is huge Eagles fan, and sticks to his guns. his favorite player is their quarterback, McNabb. He is enjoying his Jr. Jazz season, playing with friends, and enjoys being an uncle.
That's the low down on the Davis Eight. Hopefully we can keep our family blog more updated and filled with pictures...until next time.
